Arriving by boat from the north, get off at Sathorn (CEN) and walk to Shangri-La. If starting from BTS Saphan Taksin, use the walking route to the hotel.
Which boat should I take?
Choose a southbound boat that stops at Sathorn. If you arrive at BTS Saphan Taksin, you do not need to cross the river to reach the hotel.

Which boat should I take from ICONSIAM to Shangri-La?
One option is to take the Blue tourist boat towards Sathorn, get off there and walk.
Are hotel shuttles and public boats the same?
They are different. The hotel's ICONSIAM shuttle is a separate service. The official guest guidance says boarding is first come, first served and timetables may change, so check with the hotel before leaving.
