Board a service to Krabi at Mo Chit 2 · Bangkok Bus Terminal (Chatuchak). From BTS Mo Chit or MRT Chatuchak Park or Kamphaeng Phet, continue to Mo Chit 2 terminal by taxi or another road connection. Show the driver หมอชิต 2 rather than giving only the station name.

3. Go to the counter and platform on your ticket

   Take your booking confirmation and passport to the counter on your ticket. Show the booking to staff, then complete ticket issue and check-in. Keep the baggage receipt if checking a bag.

BKS ticket issue, change and refund conditions

BKS's official FAQ asks passengers to show a passport and booking confirmation or payment evidence at the counter to obtain a ticket. Check the sales channel's ticketing instructions alongside your booking.

BKS's domestic ticket guidance allows one free change requested at the counter at least 4 hours before departure. Changed tickets cannot be refunded. Cancellation of a domestic ticket requires at least 4 hours' notice and a deduction of 10% of the face fare.
