BKS's domestic ticket guidance allows one free change requested at the counter at least 4 hours before departure. Changed tickets cannot be refunded. Cancellation of a domestic ticket requires at least 4 hours' notice and a deduction of 10% of the face fare.
These conditions apply to BKS tickets. For other operators and booking products, follow the purchased ticket's cancellation, fee and baggage rules.
