Use the taxi desk on Level 1 at Gate 8 of international Terminal 1. The domestic desk is on Level 1 of the seven-storey parking building beside Terminal 2.

The metered fare carries a THB 50 airport surcharge; passengers pay expressway tolls. The international taxi desk is 02 535 3653; the public transport management centre is 02 535 1247.
Check road conditions
The Thai government’s 1 October 2026 notice advises checking destination road conditions at the desk. Ask about alternatives if flooding prevents access. Check train or bus departure times separately and keep transport receipts and the airline’s delay notice.
