What should I wear?

Think of clothes you would wear for a nice dinner out. Men can choose a shirt or polo with neat pants and loafers; women can wear a dress or blouse with a skirt or pants. Smart shorts and dressy sandals are permitted, so a suit or heels are not essential. Sportswear, swimwear and flip-flops are prohibited, and men cannot wear sleeveless tops.

How do reservations and cancellations work?

Choose a time using the official booking link once you have your date and companions. The deposit is credited toward your meal, and the reservation is confirmed after payment is received. Standard bookings can be canceled or changed without charge until 72 hours before the visit. Later changes, cancellations or a no-show forfeit the deposit, so book once your travel plans are settled. Special event dates and groups have different refund terms.

Can I have dinner late?

Yes, but being open until 12:30 a.m. does not mean all food is available until then. Set menus close at 11 p.m., à la carte orders at 11:30 p.m. and snacks at midnight. If you want a leisurely course dinner, book earlier so you have time for both the meal and the views.

Can I bring luggage or large shopping bags?

No. Large bags, luggage and shopping bags are not allowed, and there is no storage. After shopping or sightseeing, return to your accommodation to leave bags and change before dinner. If you are visiting after checking out, arrange somewhere to keep your luggage during the meal.
