Board a service to Phuket at Sai Tai Mai · Southern Bus Terminal. Show your taxi or app driver both สายใต้ใหม่ and Borommaratchachonnani Road. If using rail, consider continuing by vehicle from a station such as Bang Wa. Do not assume there is a direct walkable interchange from the rail station to the terminal.
Distinguish Sai Tai Mai, the new Southern Bus Terminal, from the old southern departure area near Pinklao. Some southbound buses originate at Mo Chit 2 and call here, so the original departure time in search results is not necessarily your boarding time at Sai Tai Mai.

The search page shows both the original departure time at Mo Chit 2 and intermediate boarding at Sai Tai Mai. Do not use the original departure time as this terminal's boarding time; confirm the intermediate boarding time on your ticket or at the counter.
Choose the city and travel date, then match the departure terminal with your ticket. For a return journey, also check the terminal where the returning bus arrives.
Choose a seat class and check the total including fees and optional extras. Before payment, also read the checked-baggage rules and ticket change or cancellation terms.
Take your booking confirmation and passport to the counter on your ticket. Show the booking to staff, then complete ticket issue and check-in. Keep the baggage receipt if checking a bag.
BKS's official FAQ asks passengers to show a passport and booking confirmation or payment evidence at the counter to obtain a ticket. Check the sales channel's ticketing instructions alongside your booking.
BKS's domestic ticket guidance allows one free change requested at the counter at least 4 hours before departure. Changed tickets cannot be refunded. Cancellation of a domestic ticket requires at least 4 hours' notice and a deduction of 10% of the face fare.
