ShopeeFood delivery
You can order meals from the ShopeeFood menu in the Thai Shopee app. First match the hotel address and map pin, then choose food from restaurants that deliver there. Shopping orders and food delivery use different menus, so check which screen you are using.
Before you order
Which app do I need?
Order through the ShopeeFood menu in the Thai Shopee app. Food delivery is separate from shipping shopping purchases. The Thai Shopee app lists Thai, English and Burmese language support.
Ordering to your hotel
Check the address and map pin
Make sure the hotel name, address and map pin match, then ask reception where to collect your order.
Choose your meal and order type
Select your food and options, and check whether you are ordering delivery or restaurant pickup.
Check the total and payment method
Check the final total, including food and delivery fees, before choosing a payment method.
Collect at the agreed location
Follow the instructions in the app and go to the collection point. Have the amount ready if you are paying cash.

Available restaurants and payment methods depend on your account and delivery location. Alongside menu prices, review delivery fees, extras and the conditions for any discount.

Missing food or another order problem
Keep your order history and photos of the affected food and receipt, then contact support through that order. Refund eligibility and the process depend on the order’s status.
