Find the check-in, ticketing, office and baggage contacts recorded for your market’s airlines. Counter assignments and service hours depend on the flight.
Airline routes, counters and contacts below belong to this country’s dataset. Common terminal facilities are described separately.
Find your operating airline and flight on the departure board
On Level 4 departures, look up your operating airline and flight, then go to the assigned counters. Q5–10 means counters 5 through 10 in Row Q; it is not a boarding gate.
The order below is check-in, ticketing, airport offices, baggage and reservation support. Airlines are alphabetical within each section. Assignments may change by day or season, so use the current departure board.

Onboard lost property
For an item left on a British Airways aircraft arriving in Bangkok, use the listed contact. The alternative number is +66 2 134 4358. For a delayed or damaged checked bag, use the airline’s baggage reporting procedure.
It means check-in counters 5 to 10 in Row Q. The letter identifies the row and the numbers identify desks; neither is a boarding gate.
Can a counter change by day?
Yes. Read any day-specific assignment in the airline’s entry and check the current departure board against your own flight number and date.
Do all flights of an airline use the same check-in hours?
Not necessarily. Where flight-specific hours are listed, use the entry for your flight and date. An incoming flight does not establish the departure counter’s opening hours.
Can I arrive at the airport at check-in closing time?
Closing time is not a recommended arrival time. Allow time to find the desk and queue, and finish the required formalities before the airline’s deadline. Aircraft or flight exceptions must be read separately.
Can I check in at an office or baggage contact?
Those desks serve different purposes. Use check-in for departure formalities; report missing or damaged bags to baggage staff before leaving the airport.
